Return Policy

We have a very low defect rate that is well below 1%.

In the rare case of a major defect, our return process is as follows:

  1. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery (based on tracking information). Attach a picture that shows the major defect. The t-shirt(s) must be unworn and unwashed.
  2. We will review the picture. If we determine it is indeed a major defect, we will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#).
  3. We will only accept packages with an approved RMA#. Return shipping costs are currently non-refundable.
  4. We will refund your order within 5 business days of the date we receive the package. Original shipping charges are currently non-refundable.

At any time during this process, you may place a new order online.

Or you may wait for the refund to your original payment method, and then place a new order online.

We do not currently have an exchange process.
