We have a very low defect rate that is well below 1%.
In the rare case of a major defect, our return procedure is as follows:
- Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and attach a picture that shows the major defect. The t-shirt(s) must be unworn and unwashed.
- We will review the picture. If we determine it is indeed a major defect, we will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#).
- We will only accept packages with an approved RMA#. Return shipping costs are non-refundable at the moment.
- We will refund your order within 5 business days of the date we receive the package. Currently, original shipping charges are non-refundable.
At any time during this process, you may place a new order online. Or you may wait for the refund to your original payment method, and then place a new order online. We do not have an exchange process at the moment.
