We have a very low defect rate that is well below 1%.
In the rare case of a major defect, our return process is as follows:
- Please contact us via email within 3 days of delivery (based on tracking information). Attach a picture that shows the major defect. The t-shirt(s) must not be washed, and must not be overly worn.
- We will review the picture. If we determine that there is indeed a major defect, we will respond with the return address to ship it back to, as well as a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). We only accept packages with an approved RMA#.
- Once we receive the t-shirt(s), we will refund your order within 5 business days.
Please note: Currently, the original shipping cost during checkout is non-refundable. Also, the return shipping cost is non-refundable at the moment.
At any time during this process, you may place a new order online. Or you may wait for the refund to your original payment method, and then place a new order online.
We do not have a more streamlined exchange process at the moment.
