Return Policy

We accept returns for defective items only, within 7 days of delivery.

We have a very low defect rate that is well below 1%. In the rare case of a major defect, our return process is as follows:

  1. Please contact us via email within 7 days of delivery (based on tracking information). Attach a picture that shows the major defect. The t-shirt(s) must not be washed, and must not be overly worn.
  2. We will review the picture. If we determine that there is indeed a major defect, we will respond with the return address to ship it back to, as well as a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). We only accept packages with an approved RMA#.
  3. Once we receive the t-shirt(s), we will refund your order within 5 – 10 business days. After we issue your refund, it takes additional time for your financial institution to make funds available in your account.

Please note: Currently, the original shipping cost during checkout is non-refundable. Also, the return shipping cost is non-refundable . 

Exchanges: At any time during the return process, you may place a new order online. Or you may wait for the refund to your original payment method, and then place a new order online. Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges.
